My Beautiful New Painting!

Hello You! I am apologizing for keeping such a distance between myself and my updates!  There have been some major changes in my life and I have not had the opportunity to sit and write as I should have. I have missed connecting with you.  

But life is beginning in new and wonderful directions. And this painting is one of the first signs that this is the case.

This commission was completed for an amazing family. The creation of this piece was such a fantastic experience. I love the magnificence of the work and that I can create it and then give it to a family who will love it more and more over the years. Enjoy, and feel free to let me know how it moves you too.

Finally a large beautiful painting. This painting is strong and slightly dangerous while remaining calm.  It takes the viewer on a journey toward discovering their own inner harmony after traversing through a landscape of complex emotions.

This is my newest work  -

I painted this some weeks ago and felt the pull of the lines and shapes. Before I knew it I found this flower being created. Possibly the fact that the middle of winter is surrounding me - I find the need to escape it by creating art from the internal, eternal spring.

From The Mist

This is one from my series entitled empowerment cards. These are delightful cards I would use with my clients when I was giving meditation and painting classes.  I was inspired to share these with you today...

The message behind this one is "From the mist...what will you bring now to your life?" and the idea is about what we are bringing in. To be really cognicent of what we invite into our lives is this lovely point of power.
