Flower Receiving

I love this painting (don't I always say that?)

This is my newest work  -

I painted this some weeks ago and felt the pull of the lines and shapes. Before I knew it I found this flower being created. Possibly the fact that the middle of winter is surrounding me - I find the need to escape it by creating art from the internal, eternal spring.
